Bernstein Members elected into 8 DFG Review Boards
During the election for the DFG review boards for the period of 2012 - 2015, ten members of the Bernstein Network have been elected into eight neuroscientific review boards (December 2011).

According to the preliminary result published by the German Research Foundation (DFG) on December 8, 2011, the following ten Bernstein Members were selected for eight neuroscience-related review boards:

The election took place from November 7 to Dezember 5, 2011.
The review boards work in an honorary capacity and are responsible for quality assurance in preparing funding decisions within the DFG. Their members are elected online every four years by about 100.000 scientists from the German sciency system that that are eligible to vote.
