The funding scheme "Germany - Japanese Collaboration in Computational Neuroscience" is a transnational initiative for supporting collaborative research between Germany and Japan. It is jointly funded by the German Federal Ministry for Education and Research (BMBF), the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). The new funding measure has the objective to establish transnational research projects and aim at deepening already existing collaborations between researchers of these two countries and raising them to a new level.
